his the first test of the setup. 14 columns, 4 rows. Cropped in PS. Early morning in canberra, AU. The carillon was a gift to Australia by the British Government.

Georg. My thoughts are similar to yours. I wonder what the application is looking for when it tries to make a pano out of supposedly 5 reasonably exposed and adequately overlaped images. Maybe it just a code error that displays the wrong message in the headline. Can someone from APP explain?

Hi Andrew, In answer to your post. "I guess we are not talking about 360x180 panos here?" NO I took the original enquiry to be for mosaics "What projectuons are you using for your panos and typically what FOV and resolution are they?" Most of my panos are Planar with a field of view around 120 X 45 ...

Hi Christian.Guittet. I show my panos on a (38")TV screen that is 1080P capable and the quality is excellent for TV. You take the pano and drop it into a software called "ProShow Producer". That will allow you to create a video of various resolutions for display on TV. You can add comments sounds an...

But I reinstalled 2.1.20 again , only this time in a different folde called "Papywizard2". Everything worked. Just for your information i traced the path t...

Sorry to say this but even thought it will start , when asked to simulate a mosaic pattern it responds with "FAILED".
Uninstall 2.1.20 and reinstall 2.1.11 and everything ok

Jones, Just my thoughts on composition. The image has when zoomed in , has nice sharpness and I would expect that it would print well. However it is very busy (Lots to look at and your eye doesnt seem to be drawn to one thing. When I first looked at the larger version (on th forum) i got the impress...

Jones, You workflow is similar to mine, up to the point where you run your Jpg's through MS ICE. I only shoot for a mosaic of finished printed size of 800 X 285. (This fits a universal frame I have for mounting them). Most of my images are fairly static without any people ans so I can use low shutte...

Andrew, I see That follow the discussion on the focus bracketing workflow and thank you for your input. Your idea for a pause at the begining of each row is valid, but can we not get this same action using the Step By step option in papywizard. I include two images to give an example of the differen...

Jones. Thanks for the reply. I can see how you approached this capture. In the method used you obviously have fewer individual images to cope with than in my method, but how do you keep track of which location was bracket focused and then how do you process them to become part of the pano. Its my un...

Jones, I folow your method and say that I have been experimenting with a similar technique. On my calculations the focus distances for the scene would be 300metres, 750metres and hyperfocal (780 metres). I am using tufuse or helicon focus to fuse each of the 3 re-focused tiles into 1 element before ...

I liked the repeating design in the folds of the hills. On first viewing I thought it to be a little flat(Maybe my monitor) Larger version is better in midtone colours. Checking the levels i find a lot of clipping. When adjusted it enhances the impact on the viewer. A well seen image

Sorry Olive I should have asked the question in a better manner. I could not work out north in the image and wondered if the light at say the morning or evening illuminated the shadow areas and what affect that had on the scene.

Nice soft colours that compliment the scene. The HDR version (If that is what is was) gave more detail but did not enhance the scene IMO. This image (well lit) invites the viewer to explore.

Thanks for the help on presets. I have created some and will now try them out. I am using presets to achieve a similar format ratio (or fOV) irespective of the focal length of the lense.
