Olive,

I did notice that, I put it down to the intensity of light behind the wreck. AND being late on location, which did make me rush.

Thanks for looking and commenting.

Baltray, Co. Louth, Ireland.

Hi All, This was taken yesterday morning, I arrived on location about 20 minutes later than anticipated. Running on the beach watching the sun rise and the sky change by the second and I hadn't even gotten my camera out of the bag. Never mind setting up my pano head!! Horizon corrected, I was quite ...

Cyril,

Very nice shots, you even managed to get blue skies in your shots from Ireland, never a given!!

I hope you have patented that home made pano head, because your images are fantastic.

Nice one Georg,

I was going to ask about the trees, but then the link explains.

What camera are you using to catch 5 brackets?

Richard,

We are fortunate to have your insight into the significance of this tree to you. The scene must mean a lot to you.

Did you setup the gigpan on bench? It looks like that from the image?

Thank you Olive,

I just spent the last 30 minutes or so browsing your site. Your Panos, Mini Planets and Charming Villages are particularly nice.

Was that your image on the front of the 2011 Panobook?. I have given it to a friend to look at, so I can't confirm just now.

Take care,

Niall

Pascal,

Eventually, eventually I managed to get Polar Coordination to work. The image had to be an 8 bit image.

Now all I have to do is find a suitable image.

Thanks again.

bzh360,

Sorry, I meant to say that this was my first pano using the NN4. I took 8 panos all together, but this one had the best cloud and water combination.

PG,

I hope you speak English. I spent the weekend going through old magazines looking for the procedure to create such Panos. Particularly after seeing theses types of Panos in the 2011 Panobook.

Can you offer any advice.

Yes, I confirm it could happens. There are some concurrency issue with group processing and rendering ( and also some memory issue when doing huge panorama on small computer ). So, one idea : * send the first panorama to batch rendering, and hit pause there, * process every new group and send them ...

As soon as a groups is submitted it will be processed. Therefore I often do first all editing on all groups and only then submit them for rendering.
