FYI about layer (Autopano) vs Layer (Photoshop)

I think what you need it's to export all images as Photoshop layers so click in the final render dialogbox EXPORTED DATA /Data/Pictures

This has been fixed in 2.6.0 B1 ....

Workaround :set 1 CPU in your virtual machine (this should be fixed APP/APG 2.5.2 and APP/APG 2.6.0 B1)

Why are you taking about Flash ? Where/When do you have "jaggies" ? (Final render or flash viewer(KRpano) )

Have you installed APG 64bits ?
Does the explorer display the .pano files right ?

FYI: if you install APG 32bit (shell explorer extension is 32bit too) on win 64bits the .pano file won't work
