When in doubt, email the dubious file to scan@virustotal.com with SCAN as the subject, and await a reply. 20 top antivirus scanners will have a go at the file. Also note that all top trojans and viruses are obfuscated and tested against the very same antivirus software you use before being released,...

pskrep: AP doesn't convert your images to any different color space, just re-apply the color space tag in photoshop/whatever once you've stitched it. Please post some screenshots, or even better render a small layered pano, because you wrote, "If I output as layers, the layers themselves seem much cl...

Poland? ps. Yes, a wonderful panorama, and I hope to see an aurora with my own eyes in my lifetime! The best sky I have ever seen was in Kruger National Park in South Africa, far away from any cities... but I haven't been to Iceland yet! pps. the part of the sky about 2/3 of the way down is bl...

Although I have nothing to add, I am following this conversation as I find it interesting. Ulrik could you tell us (or pinpoint on a map) where some of these bridges are? I'm just curious, and would love to see some of these final panoramas, as well as just a plain old photo of the bridge :]

Either Google Translate didn't do a very good job, or you wrote very unclearly what you need help with... I'm taking a huge leap to guess it's about submitting photos. Click on "Post Reply", only then will you see the file upload buttons. Using the quick reply form below you won't be able to upload ...

Or, instead of paying, use mathmap
http://www.complang.tuwien.ac.at/schani/mathmap/

or google for techniques on doing it manually, although then you get less control over it.

It shows how little people care about privacy, and don't mind having a publically available portrait on the internet tagged with their name and surname linking directly to all their other 'personal' data via Facebook. I feel oppressed enough living in London where there's a camera watching you and b...

I like the angle and colors a lot! The 100% version is out of focus, I'd suggest some iterative refocus + downscaling.

These are full 360s. What is the optimal size for the files one should use as a starting point when creating tours? Equirectangular 3500px wide is good for a typical high resolution full-screen panorama viewer. It all depends on how long you want to force your users to wait, how much bandwidth your...

But if Oliver turned color correction off, it shouldn't do that.
note: the screenshot doesn't show whether color correction was off, it shows that AP was set to not automatically optimize colors after stitching, but that's different to turning color correction off.

Although I'd like AP to have such a feature, it has nothing to do with what AP currently does. AP finds similar features in overlapping images, stitches them, and allows you to view the equirectangular resulting image in a flash viewer, krpano, which re-projects the image. What you asked about is ju...

Autopano.sh QT incompatibility

I have QT-4.6.3 installed. Running the AutopanoGiga binary results in several oddities, such as opening files after clicking on them only once in the "Add Images" window (clicking once should only select the file, not open it, thats a doubleclick), odd colors in past AP versions, different font, etc...

Well panoramic mirror lenses give #### quality panoramas, but its enough for that tiny resolution. Stick many of them together, and you get this cumbersome panoramic abomination ;]
