Mi Sphere

I am seeing a lot of postings on Facebook about Mi Sphere and APG, but would like to check on whether my current version of APG (4.4.1) can detect Mi Sphere images correctly or whether additional work has to be done. Also I downloaded an APG template from a FB group but don't understand how to use it.

Re: Perfecting skies in 360 degree aerial panoramas

In addition, I have noticed the following: When APG fails and you try again, it seems to make the results worse, almost if it is caching the previous result. Is this what it is doing? Re the above pano, I redid it in APG 4.2 and the result was perfect...what is going on?

Re: Perfecting skies in 360 degree aerial panoramas

Since posting, I have been experimenting. I purchased a sky on line, but when I went to stretch it to fit my pano, it produced the dreaded pinch effect! So, I am now using a Sony A7rii with a 28mm lens and Sony fisheye adapter that yields at 16mm focal length. I take two rows of 6 images, one at 0 d...

APG won't detect anything!!

What settings or input file characteristics would cause AP Pro and APG to NOT DETECT ANY LINKs from a set of 26 images! The only changes I have made to my system are a Mac OS X update, and some changes to Lightroom. My work flow is to export DNGs from LTR as Tiffs or JPEGs. Neither set of files seem...

Full panorama camera equipment or the Richo?

After mastering an aerial panorama I am curious about getting into land based 360 panoramas. Re: Setting up initial Panotour display

okay, thanks very much! got it the way I want to begin it, so after the zoom in, how do I get it to slowly pull out to a 100 per cent and start the slow rotate? Also, what files does it change for something like this...wondering if I can forego uploading the whole thing again.
