Re: WTF?

Very useful info to know. Thank you!

AVP is a useful tool to have in the pipeline - I'll recommend purchase of an AMD card.

WTF?

Where's That Frame? Apart from suggesting to update nvidia drivers, Kolor aren't bothering to reply to very serious issues I've raise in another thread... http://www.kolor.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=32119 So, if you are a pro user (or just somebody who appreciates getting out what you put in...

Re: Input & Realtime not in sync?

Thanks Claire, I've had all sorts of problems: - left & right views variably slipping up to 5 frames out of sync - duplicated and triplicated frames - what appears to be the Y signal from one frame while the U and/or V came from another frame (!) - a subsequent render of the EXACT same setup as ...

Re: Manual sync

You asked a question and got an answer. We're all struggling on the bleeding edge here and the video stitching market is only just emerging, so we get retrofitted still image software. I'm grateful for it. If you struggle to find the lowest value in a list of numbers like this... 1206, 1206, 1186, 1...

Re: Pre-generate thumbnail videos & sync workflow

Rephrased point 7 All pro software that lets you pan, scale and rotate images allows you to move the center/anchor/pivot of that movement. For example, rotation typically defaults to spin around the center of the image. Here is a video of the basic concept: https://youtu.be/r9iw7tDfzKw I've got a st...

Pre-generate thumbnail videos & sync workflow

The input video thumbnails are slow to update when moving on the timeline - frequently done when wanting to confirm or refine sync based of a flash frame. ffmpeg can generate 1/10 size mjpeg copies of 2.7K MP4s at 90 fps on my machine. These are very responsive and initially appear to work fine (but...

Re: Export each camera individually?

The lack of this feature is killing me at the moment.
Independent access to each layer is an essential feature.

Re: Manual sync

Subtract the lowest frame number from all of them (making the clip with the shortest head have zero offset and all of the others keep in sync).

Re: Input & Realtime not in sync?

Even when rendering at the same fps as the input (29.97), I'm seeing duplicated frames on the output (probably of only of a specific camera for each error - see below). Presenter waving his hands around is suddenly stationary for two frames. Additionally, it seems the problem is not limited to OS an...
