Different Interfaces for Each Device Problem

Hello, I had this working before but I had to update the tour and publish it again. When I updated, I used the build tour option and then went back into the index.html and repasted the option two java script to redirect a user depending on the device they are using. Unfortunately, it isn't working n...

Map Key

Hi, I would like to place a map key overlay on top of a Google Maps, Bing, etc. API. I'd like it to have the features of check boxes, displaying the map points you can see by checking off which ones in the map key. For example, the map key will have boxes marked food, sightseeing, restrooms, etc. an...

Recent Update: Changed the Default Web Content Spot?

I am not sure what has changed but I have an older tour I uploaded that matches the web content correctly in size. Then I went back to the tour after an update to make some fine tuning changes and noticed that the web content doesn't fit the original. Here is the original that fits nicely. I uploade...

Re: Polygon Hotspot that opens two or more functions. [SOLVED]

I don't seem to have the plugin website box option. Where can I find that and other similar plugins? The only options I have are Basic, Plugin Picture, and Plugin Floorplan where it says "Choose an action". I also tried to have to have two basic functions of Display Image. I used two diffe...

Polygon Hotspot that opens two or more functions. [SOLVED]

Hello, I am having trouble creating a polygon hotspot that will open up an in tour web browser and an image file. The web browser will be inside the tour and just as an example, opens up a 500 by 300 website browser to a website's link. At the same time as the user clicks the polygon hostpot, an ima...

Re: Stabilizing? Does the opposite...

Hi Claire,

Thank you for your speedy reply! Is there anything I can do to remedy the footage? Should I change my sync time? Use audio to sync the cameras instead of motion? Will that help the software's algorithms to unify the global motion/position of the rig in relation to the cameras?

Stabilizing? Does the opposite...

Hello, I have been playing with the stabilization feature and it does something odd. I filmed a video with 6 go pros on a mono pole. The stitching went well, no errors, fluid, but because I am human, the pole shakes a bit. So when I run it through the stabilization software, a few camera angles look...
