Re: Masks with 6 camera custom set up

Yes, I get full 360... I think I have too much overlap might be the problem... It says there is 100% overlap So if you look at the APG-Links you can see all the images and my connections If you look at the ImageSelction then you can see the 5th image is the one I want to choose to mask But when I go...

Masks with 6 camera custom set up

So a bit of a strange use case here... I am stitching material from a custom built rig with 6 cameras in a hexagon portrait fashion... I told them that its a pretty bad design for control point stitching... They really need optical flow to solve in that config... but here we are... So the problem I ...

Re: Problems Using/Rendering VR Videos from GoPro Omni

So you need a graphics card that supports GL... I use a 4GB Nivida 780 I also never really try to watch video in the app... You would need really...

Re: Camera Placement In Rig

Both are good... Depends on your scene... If you are shooting a concert with loud sound I would use motion... If on a moving object I would use sound... You can also go in a editing application and manually sync them with a bright flash if you bring a strobe type device or if using pro cameras you c...

Decreasing RMS Errors

When I solve my scene i get a RMS Value of 3.5 but every time I add more control points the RMS value goes up rather than going down even tho the points are added to the correct features that over lap in the scene. What is the best way to optimize a scene to bring down the control points? It seems t...

Re: Controlling stitch lines in scene

Is there anyway to calculate where the stitch lines fall? For example if I have a 3840 equirectangular map and I want the stitch line to fall at 870px? Is there a way to be that accurate?

Thanks!!!

Controlling stitch lines in scene

We have a 3 camera rig that we are trying to stitch together. Because of the camera body size there is quite a bit of parallax... I am not doing full 360... When we are not moving the cameras the stitch appears very good but the moment the cameras move you can see the stitch lines... Is there anyway...

Each camera is using a 8mm fish eye lens... I know auto pano expects a 360 image and I feel that is why it keeps messi...

Using Video Panos from APV2 instead of still panoramas? [SOLVED]

As I can tell this is not possible... But I would like to use video pano's instead of still ones... Building 360 Graphics in to Video

Has anyone been trying to work graphics into their videos? Had any luck? I think we need so someway go back to rectilinear to do the graphics then back to spherical when it comes back...

Or is there an overlay where you can see what the quadrants are for the stitch?

Thank you so much!!!!

Re: Help needed

Hi... I would be interested in taking a look at your video files and seeing if I can find a solution. Could you put all the video angles for one shot into a zipped file and send it via dropbox link or google drive link? Paste the link on here and I will download the footage and see what can be done....
