Re: Exporting the x/y positions of the images in the panoram

So is there a way to retrieve the x,y positions, or is it not possible?

Re: Exporting the x/y positions of the images in the panoram

It's a stitch of aerial shots taken from a UAV 30 meters above ground. When I set Viewpoint optimisation on for the group, APG doesn't assume the shots were taken from the same point. It does a fine job. Now ideally I'd like to georeference the mosaic, given that I know the lat/long for each image. ...

Re: Exporting the x/y positions of the images in the panoram

Thanks for the suggestion. I've looked at all the formats APG 4.2 can export (.pano, .ptp, .pts, .pto, and papywizard XML) and they all specify the image positions in terms of roll/pitch/yaw and a focal length. It seems I would need to re-project onto a plane to get x,y coordinates.

Exporting the x/y positions of the images in the panorama

Hello all. I would like to export or retrieve the x,y pixel coordinates of each image comprising the panorama, but I haven't yet found a way to do it. Re: Stitching images containing gray

The images I tried first were PNGs. I created a JPG version of the same set of images, and APG was happy to stitch them.

Re: Stitching images containing gray

Any ideas what APG uses to decide? Is it the histogram? Or something in the header?

Stitching images containing gray

Hello,

I would like to stitch false colour images like this one, but when I try to add it to Autopano Giga I get the error "gray pictures are not supported". Is there a way to handle this?

Thanks,
Daryl.

OK - thanks for the reply. Is there a trial version? And more information about OS support, etc?

Shell scripting APP on OS X

Hello. Is it possible to script APP from the command line to load all images in a folder, detect and render the panoramas according to predefined settings, and save the panorama to another folder?
