Thumbnail Menu Plugin Error

Hi! I'm using the "html5=always" URL to find a solution to the following problem: my thumbnail menu pictures are missing. The HTML5 console gives me the following information: ERROR: plugin[thumb_pano528-thumbnailsbar] loading error: indexdata/%FIRSTXML%/main_entrance_528/thumbnail.jpg how...

Re: Missing / Disappearing / Broken Interface Elements

Thanks for your help and direction guys!

I tracked some some unicode text formatting errors within my descriptions that were causing the xml parsing error.

Everything is working again,

Cheers!

Re: Missing / Disappearing / Broken Interface Elements

I found the unicode text error and removed it from its place in the pano's description.

See attached for the new xml file inspection result.

The tour still presents a 'fatal error' xml parsing issue.

Where to next?

Out of interest, how do these issues arise?

Re: Missing / Disappearing / Broken Interface Elements

Hi guys, thanks for the response. I have been running my tests through the PTP2 Virtual Server, so it's not that. I used this helpful addition to the URL just now < ?html5=always > and I received a 'fatal error' - 'xml parsing failed' any ideas where to look next? also: every pano is rebuilt during ...

Missing / Disappearing / Broken Interface Elements

Hi! This topic might have been raised before, but I can't find any solution in the forums. After a build my interface elements (floorplan, description plugin, panorama combo box menu) are all missing. I notice - from a developer perspective - that these are all HTML5 elements and are missing. The un...

Re: Multiple photo galleries in a multiple pano tour

Hi guys! I'm just checking in to see whether you have any solutions for the following (similar) problem? My tour has a global floorplan which is activated by a 'show/hide floorplan' 'simple button'. This button appears (necessarily) on every pano, and calls the global floorplan. I have a venue whic...

Description Plugin Variable Height

Hi, I'd like to know how to set my 'description plugin' to a variable height. My pano descriptions vary from just a sentence to a few paragraphs and I'd like the content box to be resized according to the amount of text. This is default behaviour for 'div' elements in HTML but it appears to me that ...

Re: Text Background alpha.

Re: Plugins Panorama specific - when? [SOLVED]

hello Gérald, quick and dirty? :) I just tried it out and it works GREAT for me!! Just a pity that the Small gallery plugin is so primitive in terms of styling the thumbnails and the display of the larger version of the image. Here are just a few suggestions for enhancement: Ability to scroll the t...

Re: How to limit/restrict default pitch of Panorama?

Hi! I'd appreciate any help with this query. I'm trying to set a default pitch so that the user is restricted from looking down at the nadir point. Does this make sense? I can clarify my query if need be. As an analogy: the user should not be able to see their feet. I can't seem to work the solutio...
