Hi all, For an existing project I need to change some panorama's. In the current version we display a single picture in a shop window. We did that via the hot spot editor, ("default picture spot style 1"), created the polygon that fit the shop window and in "display parameters" ...

Re: [SUGGESTION] Project sheet

What did you mean by 'file location'? Weer you aware that File/Save project (extended) as... will consolidate all tour resources in one place? Yes I am aware of that, but sometimes you have to go back to the raw pictures, logo files, etc. Basically that would be your live raft in case of failure/co...

Re: [SUGGESTION] Project sheet

Would it be an idea to have an option for creating a complete project overview? At this moment we document all relevant parameters ourselves. Having the option of creating a pdf with every parameter, file location, dates, names, etc would be a time saver. This pdf should include the project paramet...

[IDEA] New Wikipedia engine

Hi Annis, As a newbie I fully understand the frustration from a lot people (myself included) with the documentation. That being said I am glad that you are trying to improve on the quality and accessibility of the documentation. For me it would help if you could change the underlying Wikipedia engin...

Re: Freedom360 -360 Heros

Good action to make Kolor part of the solution. I am now charging the Heros to make some shots using the different mounting holes. Have no idea if it helps but i guess it is worth a shot. Twan - those rigs are designed to be used for video. Here using multiple cameras is the only way to do 360x180°...

Re: Freedom360 -360 Heros

Hi Twan.. Here I fixed up the small errors and sharpened the pano.. Those GoPro cameras are excellent for sure.. Pity they are so expensive.. I think perhaps they should have a special price for a batch of 6 + cameras.. http://www.destinyvirtualtours.com/twanpanos/Tour.html Destiny.. Hi Destiny, Ni...

Re: Freedom360 -360 Heros

Thank you Twan for you images.... I discovered a heap of things.. Its apparent there is a design flaw in both units which will always result in parallax issues.. Its basically impossible to have perfect stitch... This is more noticeable when processing a pano image.. Video hides this flaw somewhat....

Re: Freedom360 -360 Heros

Yes Twan, I would like to test out some raw images... I would have tested PTGui too.. That software is just amazing, way better than APG 3.0.8. so its no surprise to read you managed a good result. But APG 3.5 is way different so I would expect much better results.. To be honest, I would expect som...

Re: Freedom360 -360 Heros

Yes... A well made aluminium precision rig sounds good, but $$... My understanding was the Freedom 360 was much better made and more stable rig, so less prone to movement... My husband said probably possible with a cast and 4 axis CNC... We saw one doing its thing once... Just amazing.. It changed ...

Hero 3+ Black Edition

Hi, We use 7 Hero 3+ Black Edition camera's linked to 1 Hero remote. On almost every occasion (9 out of 10) we see that the link between the remote and the 7 cams is not stable. We observe: Cams not waking-up/going to sleep. Cams not taking pictures or start recording. Huge delays between one comman...

Re: Freedom360 -360 Heros

We own a 360hero for a couple of months.
It simply works great.
The first time you need to convince yourself that the plastic will not break.
We use it with 7 Hero3+, the stability is great.
Let me know if you need a picture of the complete setup.

Re: Mouse zoom in

Can you tell me where i can find the "View last build tour" button? Green button on right side in top row of icons. I view the tours by double clicking on the corresponding html file, just like a regular user would do. And that's probably why that scroll wheel zoom wasn't working. Many mo...

Re: Mouse zoom in

[ You pointed me the right direction. It is a local versus internet issue and a browser issue. If i put the tour on a web server it works with IE 11.x en Chrome 31.x If i put the tour on a local or network drive it works only with IE My OS is Windows 7. Pff, it seems to be a browser security issue ...

Re: Mouse zoom in

Hi Mediavets, Thanks for your welcome and your reply! What you describe is what i would expect but is not working. The tour consists of Hires images, the scroll buttons in the tour work like a charm, but the scroll button on the mouse refuses the zoom action (or any other action). I have made other...
