Re: File naming principles - Panorama name and tour director

@Benjamin. I'll ask for this point but I seems that's impossible. I`d like to ask for some priority on this one, because the way it is using PTP on large project may lead to lot of extra unbillable extra work on larger projects, or suboptimal file structure with extra hassle when working manually w...

RC2: Crash when replacing panorama in large projects

When editing a tour of 99 360`s RC2 crashes when I try to change panorama source file. Makes the project uneditable with this function, making it necessary to delete a panorama and import from scratch. I guess the point of this function is to keep some settings in linking, hotspots etc?

Feature request: Different sizes for GUI for Flash and HTML5

I would suggest to have some priority on possible solutions to have different sizes for GUI for Flash and HTML5. Flash is typically viewed on a big screen, but HTML5 on small screens. To enable KPT to make really good HTML5 solutions this will be necessary. Workaround would probably be to build two ...

kpt reference in build?

Maybe its already implemented, please correct me, but it would be nice if the final build xml had a comment telling which .kpt file that was used to generate and PT version.

Question: Compatibility RC1 and RC2 projects

Hi.

Just wondered if there are any compability problems with RC1 and RC2 for buildt projects. May it be possible to keep tiles from RC1 and just generate the new xml and js files, or is it advised to do full new builds?

Re: Win64 PT RC1 Bug "Change size according to zoom level"

benji33 wrote:What is the problem exactly ?

The icon is layered on top with size of some thousand pixels, with transparancy, blocking any actions.

Its probably a bug on how PT2 RC1 reads and renders zoom level and icon size.

Win64 PT RC1 Bug "Change size according to zoom level"

It just makes a mess for flat images layering the icon over most of the screen.

Re: Combining cropped Flash and multiresolution HTML5?

So I thought, but I did some testing putting a nadir cap on and also using crop and multiresolution setting. The build seemed to be multiresolution, but I tested on small panoramas 16000*8000.

Re: Google is collecting tiles !

To answer your question about the ability of Google to put it together: Technically they probably could make a photosynth out of it if they integrated krpano xml to Photosynth. In the future they may offer tools to post excisting 360s to Photosynth. It will be a "nice" way to build the vol...

Bughunting. 99 x 360 and 2 flat images. "XML parsing failed"

Im publishing a tour with 99 360`s and 2 flat images. The solution has cropped nadir for flash, hotspot links between images, control bar and the old default panorama menu. It works well as flash but it does not work as HTML5. With 101 nodes all with hotspot settings its hard to hunt down the error ...

Re: PT 2.0 RC1 Win - Flat build as cylinder

Yes, I figured it out, that it was the krpano solution itself. Actually Im bughunting a 100 360 project with two planar images as well. It does not render as HTML5, and looking for errors.

So this one is not a bug.

I figured that a desktop or flash version is necessary to make a html5 only tour. No problem, just letting you know.

No its just the progress bar that stops being all white, never finishes, so I do not know if the project is 100% build.
