Compass heading not kept when moving

I think I have set up my tour correctly in a bar in Manchester but please let me know if I am doing anything wrong. I have taken about 17 panoramas (360x180) although the camera was not pointing in the same direction on every shot. I would like to keep the user pointing in the same direction when wa...

Re: Navigation in VR Mode

I have tried this and unfortunately this is not working for me. I have multiple shots of a bar / pub in Manchester and have made it so that the default view for each image is facing at 0 degrees horizontal to the bar AND then made sure that the compass for each shot was at 0 degrees. The tour produc...

Re: Atome Head and Fisheye Stitching Issue

I should mention that the FOV is coming out as 360x180 where it should be more like 360x173 as the Atome head has a 7 degree upward tilt and therefore the bottom 7 degrees should be missing

Re: Atome Head and Fisheye Stitching Issue

Hmmmm I have the same image settings as you. I have attached my group settings here also. I am not using any of the plugins available e.g. external stack processing. Is that where I could be going wrong?

Re: Atome Head and Fisheye Stitching Issue

It's not - it's simply 4x90 degrees bracketed at +2 0 -2 on the Atome by 360 precision which has a 7.5 degree upward tilt as the tripod is pinched on Google Maps anyway

Re: Atome Head and Fisheye Stitching Issue

I haven't tried masking but it's the floor I'm more worried about. I'll see if anyone else can steer me in the right direction but I may sadly have to give PTGUI a go yet....

Atome Head and Fisheye Stitching Issue

Hi. I was wondering if anyone could help me with a common problem. I've recently purchased an Atome rotating head as recommended by Google for Street View virtual tours. On a recent job I made sure the tripod and the head was level using the bubble level meter and was careful when rotating the camer...

Managed to get it sorted :D Panoshoot was creating multisession xml files. When I disabled this option the xml files could be read and used and I'm currently rendering the first test.

By off values I mean the 3.40282e+38 value which the wizard has for yaw and pitch when selecting the xml file. When further selecting the images they are listed but now loaded into the preview window and the finish button is disabled (see extra uploaded images) so I can't continue

Hi Georg - on http://www.kolor.com/buy/kolor-panogear-motorized-panoramic-head-gigapixel-4.html one of the bullet points for Panoshoot says "Exports session in XML format supported by Autopano". I believe the xml files are imported using the Papywizard import plugin. When I select the images it simp...
