I am not able to see the text in the tumbnails of my tours on iPhone or iPad. However, I can see them on my computer screen. See style settings in screen shot attached.
Hi all, When I view these tours on iPhone they start a little zoomed in even though the default field of view is as high a number as I can make it and the zoom starts all the way out on other devices. Is there anything that can be done to correct this? Thanks in advance… R Take a look at these tours...
I'm not sure. I've had this thing so long, I thought it was from the first round of iPads. I'm updated the os not to 7.0.4. Maybe that will make a difference. One last question if I may: Regarding Tiles, when is it recommend to use "multi resolution," "Incremental build," or &quo...
Yes everything was built with RC1 and all horizontal FOV's are 360 however, when I redo a file I've been deleting the old file in the output folder and then saving the new files into the same folder. So you're saying this could cause some problems?
The file was created using the most current version of Autopano 3 but I did not have rebuild all tiles checked in PTP2. However I did have multi res and incremental build checked.
Yes, it appears that I am running RC 1 so perhaps my issue has something to do with the fact that I'm viewing on a first generation iPad. I need to find someone who has an iPad 2 or iPad mini to test. Thanks - R
My tour loads zoomed out on my desktop but on my iPad it starts zoomed in without the ability to zoom further in our out. Does anyone know a fix for this?
Thank you mediavets! That's a great simply fix! Another question if you don't mind: This tour looks good on my desktop screen and is zoomable to resolution but when I view on my first generation iPad, it starts zoomed and it will not zoom in our out with a pinch. Do you happen to know a way around t...
My flat panos are only one row of stitching so the vertical field of view is narrow. When I render them for 360 in PTP2, I get black (letterbox looking) bars on the top and bottom. See links below for the flat file and the PTP2 generated 360. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. R http://www.ro...
I've found the "simple button" in the pluggin gallery of PTP2 but I am not able to make the button show up in my tour. I'm sure there is something simple that I am missing. Thank you in advance to anyone who can advise.
I'm regenerating a tour that I had done in PanotourPro using krpanotools but the horizon is warping dramatically. Why is this happening and how can I change it. See links below. Thanks, R PanotourPro Tour: http://www.robertgranoff.com/360/W%20110th%20&%20Manhattan%20Avenue.html Krapano Tour: http://...
It's possible I may have used a different projection for those. Going forward, what rules should I put in place so I don't have these problems in the future?
Last thing Klauss if you find a moment, or anyone else who sees this, I have managed to eliminate the black curve on the bottom of my tours (only seen on ipad and iPhone) on 8 out of 11 tours. All of the flat panos have the same exact height now, which helped eliminate this black curve on the bottom...
Could be. I wish had spent the last three days learning krpano because it seems to be working a lot better. I just wish I knew how to modify the navigation and where it says, "virtual tour" on the bottom left. Do you have an idea?
