Re: video in hotspot not playing on Firefox HTML5

I used your video in a simple two pano test tour and viewed locally and the video plays OK with Firefox using ?html5=prefer and ?html5=only Thank you very much for taking time. I appreciate it highly. Locally it works fine also here on my desktop but not when I try to view the tour online. It is st...

Re: video in hotspot not playing on Firefox HTML5

Possibly something to do with format or CODEC used for the video file? I have no problem with a test MP4 video file on Firefox with html5=prefer or html5=only, Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Thank you very much for the response. The video is a mp4 file. I run the tour on Windows 7 Home 64 bit. Here's the li...

video in hotspot not playing on Firefox HTML5

The video in the rectangular video hotspot is playing well on HTML5 on the current versions of Google Chrome and IE but not on Firefox. No problem when I try Flash on Firefox. See (on the TV in the first scene):

Re: browser behaviour of autorotation

Re: browser behaviour of autorotation

Thank you very much Gerald,

I feel relieved because your program is just great. I have output only HTML5 and the problem disapperaed. I just hope this won't cause any problem (no Flash output) but I just guess the great majority of the browsers can run HTML5 without problems by now.

browser behaviour of autorotation

I have noticed that on tours created with PTP 2.1 the autorotation runs "smoothly" on Chrome but not so well on the current latest versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox (and to some extend on Opera). My OS is Windows 7, 64 bit. While turning around "it hangs out" or "sti...

Wow Klaus, What a great pano in the museum. I love the dark and alight areas. Perfect balanced light for a museum. Yes I can see the jaggies also there. Always there where there are diagonal lines. At the ceiling, at the lines where the wall meets the floor etc. I can see them also in der Leuchtturm...

Hi Klaus, PTP creates cube faces called tabletface for every panorama. I can see them in the output folder. In the moment I decide to create iPhone/iPad compatible tours PTP creates these. And these are then displayed on the iPad. When I look to these cube faces in Photoshop I can see that the jaggi...

jaggies in the iPad version of the tours

Hi everybody, I do create VT with PTP 1.8. My panos are sized 10000x5000 pks. When the tours run on my iPad 4 there are severe jaggies at the edges. Don't know a way of taking screenshots form my iPad so I can't post any examples here but you can check for example this tour if you use an iPad: http:...

limiting the FOV

Dear forum members, We made a virtual tour where the customer doesn't wish to show all the 360 degree at the starting panorama...The vertical FOV should stay by 180 degree but the horizontal must be limited...We couldn't change this while creating the tour; but we have made a change to the XML file ...

List of Android devices (mobile phones and tablets)

Dear forum members, I want to know on which android devices the PTP 1.8 created tours will run without problems...Do you know of such a list? Here on the krpano website is some information about it but it is about the 1.0.8.15 player and the current version of PTP uses the 1.0.8.14: http://krpano.co...

Feel free...

Hi Elcio, I find the pano overall very good...The video (I think in a rectangular hotspot?) is a very good idea...What disturbes me are the blown out windows (especillay the front window)...The shot could have been made maybe at a cloudy day...And the detail pictures don't match the cabin we are vis...
