Re: look down all the way not always working

If PTP doesn't think fov covers 180 degrees, why does it show as 360x180 in the projection input fov, it is created as a 360x180 in APG, and it previews in the tour builder, but NOT in the live build or build preview FOR a PC, yet it DOES on an iPad? Have 2 out of 5 aerial panoramas doing this in th...

look down all the way not always working

I am creating a demonstration tour and it has an odd issue, where viewed on an iPad all the panoramas enable you to look vertically straight down, yet on a pc SOME of them don't - they fall short before you get to straight down. They all work fine in the preview mode. Anyone know what is going on he...

creating new hotspot designs [SOLVED]

Hi - I have been trying to see how I go about creating new hotspot graphic. I thought it would be easy - perhaps with a built in hotspot creation tool. I took one of the default created hotspot .png files (animated star shape) and in Photoshop replaced all the different elements with my own graphic ...

Re: Aerial panos settings

Selecting Optimize Viewpoint seems to help. Not always however. Can still sometimes see stitching errors here and there. I will send you some examples. Thanks

Re: Polygon hotspots issues on iPad [SOLVED]

Pity. I will look at that again shortly - my previous attempts have not seemed to work, but I am never totally confident it is not a browser cache issue!
Thanks

Re: Custom User defined button on control bar

Could that be done by opening a specially created html web window, where the menu could be accessed and content displayed in the web window?

Custom User defined button on control bar

I want to make a request for a Custom User defined button on the control bar please. Or maybe more than one. Re: Polygon hotspots issues on iPad [SOLVED]

So I need to set the device for each and every instance of a polygon hotspot?
Not just at a spot type level?
That is a pity - would have thought I could turn ALL polygon hotspots off on iPad devices (or as you do - set them true for desktop) in one setting.

Re: Polygon hotspots issues on iPad [SOLVED]

OK I checked on google how to clear the cache on my iPad and did that.
Sadly the polygon hotspots are still there. Something not right still.

Re: Custom Interface

Yes I appreciate you can do that, but it is less satisfactory as it means placing another button somewhere on the screen and only adds to user confusion. Ideally it wants to be on the control bar. Wonder if the developers at Kolor could look at this for a release - it ought to be fairly straight for...

Re: Polygon hotspots issues on iPad [SOLVED]

OK that problem again. Well I don't know how to clear the cache on an iPad. Pressing the page refresh doesn't do it. Is there a way? If you have an iPad could you look at the page and tell me if the building in the pano show polygon hotspots around them? http://www.skylightpublishing.com/flyingbear/...

Aerial panos settings

Hi - been creating 360 panoramas with Autopano Giga, images taken with a drone approx. 75m up. RAW processed files into Autopano Giga. Obviously the drone does tend to wander a little between shots. I saw on a Youtube tutorial for this kind of job to tick a box to select 'multiple viewpoints' but hi...

Re: Can I paint out the tripod in nadir images before detect

I am not at all clear how best to get rid of the tripod in Autopano Gigi 360x180 panoramas.
Is there a thread focusing on this or a good b=video tutorial anyone can recommend?

Re: Polygon hotspots issues on iPad [SOLVED]

Re: feature rich media information box?

Thanks Cliquetsy I think I get the idea about opening an HTML page, presumably I can have a on-click event to open a web page and it will be one I created specifically for that hotspot. I will investigate that option. Thanks. If anyone has useful information/tips regards this I would love to know. C...

Yes I saw that and thought of adding it but a message warned me it could access and change information stored on my computer.
So I backed off.
Wonder if I should risk it?
