Hello, When shooting for Livepano, is it better to shoot using the same fisheye lens as the pano shots, or is it better to switch to a something narrower, like 18, 35, 50mm to get a higher resolution "crop area" in the video? When the tour is published, does the Livepano plugin recompress ...

Ok, I tried again and, fovtype="VFOV" fixes my problem. I found in the releasenotes: * Fix: The default "view.fovtype" on Android is now also "MFOV" (like on iPhone/iPad). What is the default fovtype for desktop? Is there a way to update PTP to include the fovtype="VFOV" into the template? Does this...
I went to the local electronics shop today, and looked at the Samsung Note, Galaxy S3, and Tablet 10, iPhone 4, and iPhone Touch. They were showing a smaller vertical FOV than what I see on my desktop. My mobile is a HTC Desire Android 2.3, and my desktop is Win 7 1920x1080. I have looked on another...

But I noticed on all mobile devices using html5, the FOV is exactly 60 degrees, not the 90 which I used. I changed the setting to 120 degrees, and now it looks more ...
On my Android phone, the FOV looks more like 60-70 degrees, while the panorama is set to 90 degrees. On desktops it appears correct at 90 degrees. I wonder if this is a problem with all Android mobiles? What about on Apple products?

Hello, I'm using a monopod with a leveler, and a Bo Bracket wooden bracket made for the FC-E8 lens. http://www.bophoto.com/bracket/ Autopano Giga 2.06, win xp, gpu enabled. I see that the images are not rotating exactly at the optimal point. They're offset a little, but that's because the bracket is...
Hello, I'm a first time user. I'm using a Nikkon P6000 with the FC-E8 converter lens which is 0.21x. It has a lot of vignetting. with Autopano Giga demo version, zenith gets the vortex effect and the vignette is still up there. LDR doesn't fix that dark spot. PTgui does a good job of removing the vi...
