Another alternative would be longer dovetail with slot and some kind of stick on transparent ruler. Gorden is that one above you mention the same size as t...

Has anyone though of getting a 3d print design for a new case altogether. Just reuse all the parts then inside. Will draft up some designs if anyone wants to spread the cost of an actual 3d model made for manufacture. With enough of us doing a bit we could form a new company and make everything inho...

That helps wonders and only to pixel peepers would you really see it and then its barely visible in 1 place. Also the spherical pano was with a new dovetail... precison engi...

Papywizard preset folder

Hi fma38 Just an idea would it be possible to add an option for a folder location for presets. That way its easier to find the location on the n800 / os2008. Mydocs/papywizard presets/ should be a standard for easy access and editing. I'm finding locating the root/bin whatever it is over complicated...

recommend max lens size for merlin + canon 400d

Hi all With mods does anyone know a list of lenses with the Merlin with a dead center nodal point. Some lenses tend to be wider so I am assuming a modification will be needed to allow a dead center alignment of the lens and the camera in a vertical position. If you know anyone that has used the foll...

I would go for a 64 OS with 64bit software and get a "SINGLE" 2gb video card for the job. Palit 285 gtx 2gb is a decent choice and a decent price as well. Large images like lots of gpu storage and I find it much faster to work with really large panos. 200 images is a breeze.

Im impressed with the quality of the 7d its near on par with the 5d. But when you consider the 7d is faster at 8fps and printable quality at iso 6400 its a good thing. the video modes are more flexible to than the 5dmkii. Its also about 700 quid cheaper the 7d. The full frame is nice. But between a ...
