Render is messed up then crashes

Have a 506 image pano, 22x23 rows, shot with the Gigapan Epic Pro. Imported using the Gigapan import. It tried to make an equirectangular out of it - total mess. Tried the other projections, no good. Average error was over 15. Maybe 20 images had correct links. The import grid was totally ignored. T...

As for SUE, I've been a programmer for 25 years. I've been using panoramic software, and some version of Panotour since it first came out. The problem is consitant. There is nothing in my workflow to cause it. I simply open a tour, add a couple of links or fix a typo, regenerate, save and close. Ope...

Mapping - using a project default?

I'm doing a 100 image tour of a large building, and am using the map to show position, viewing angle, etc. It is such a pain to have to enter an address every time - why can't we have a default location for a project?

Yet another scrambled tour

Working on a large tour of a mansion. Arranged the shots by floor and area (three stories, landings, outside, decks, etc.) Saved project. Went to generate, received a memory error. Closed (dod NOT save.) Opened project. Links and order of panjoramics totally scrambled. I have tried reinstalling the ...

Panos missing from list, deleted on next open

Created a simple three image tour. Edited the desctiptive text, added links, saved. Turned on the stacked thumbnails - only one image showed up in the list. Even though three were visible in the layout. Saved, closed, opened. Only one image was there - with the defined hotspots, although they led no...

Tours are buggy on Android Tablets ahnd iPads

Beet testing my tours on iPads and Android tablets. Maps and thumbnails don't load on iPads. For droids, gyroscope does not work (Droids DO have them) and the + and - buttons don't work. The other navigation buttons are buggy and only work if you press the help button first. And then it can take sev...

Images moves, replaced andlinks lost on opening saved project

Looks like about 75 hours of work is trashed. This was several individual buildings. Each building was arranged nicely on the screen, and had numerous internal links. Opened the project to add a couple of more images. Totally, absolutely trashed. Wow. My neat groupings are now a can of spaghetti. Th...

Images and links randomly replaced - entire tour trashed

This is getting really, really frustrating. A 50+ image tour. Spent days linking everything, adding descriptive titles, etc. Regenerated, uploaded. Only to find that links and entire images have been replaced. The original file is fne - just the generated files are incorrect. Any suggestions? Tried ...

Maps not loading in Firefox

Not sure what the cause is of this - I use Bing Maps with Panotour. Sometimes the map loads in the browser, other times just the radar and location circles. Tried it in Firefix - map displays occasionally. Chrome - always displays.

Does it with both maps - can't use Google because the tour maps require a key, and Google no longer requires keys.

Not enough memory - then crash

Was editing a project with 58 panos - was working on it for a few hours, then I suddenly received a "Not enough memory" messahe in the Hotspot Editpr window. Tried to save it - and had a crash. The project opened fine the next time, but all changes after the previous save were gone. I'm on Win 7 Pro...

Strange behavior setting up maps

OK, I really like the new map system - setting the radar direction is fantastic. However, when I zoom in to a location, some of my images are missing. Zoom out and in again, and they are there. If I go to a different area in the program, say setting hot spots, then return to the maps, it defaults to...

Random rearranging of images

I have a tour with 50+ images. I spent a lot of time organizing them into groups. Opened it today - the images have been randomly moved. No longer in those nice, orderly groups. Really annoying!

Unhandled win32 exception in PanotourPro.exe

I was re-ording the position of images in the drop-down list (being able to select multiple images would be nice). I noticed a typo, so clicked on the image in the layout area. Instantly crashed. This has happened multilple times. This will be a huge, multi bulding tour, relying on the map for navig...

New tour - warning - unknown action closepanoobjects - error - unable

I'm crating more of a gallery than a tour. Putting a bunch of locations on the map. Some will interlink, others will not. Right now it's just 20 panoramics, no linking or hot spots. Using the thumbnails to navigate. Clicking on a thumbnail generates that message. Plus file names are displayed instea...

It's a totally clean Windows install. All I installed was PhotoShop, my Stitching software, and Avast Antivirus. The previous version of AutoPano worked just fine. The trouble started with 2.5. I believe AP Giga required the C++ download and install before the software itself would install. I'll try...
