I am having the same symptoms now with my head. It does do anything anymore and the controller continuously flashes SET and GO and the GUIDE1 button is continuously ON.

How did you solve the issue in the end?

Because your first keyframe at time 0 most likely has a Bezier Time of 500 (default) and that bends the curve in the first segment to the right. That such settings are not prevented by the software yet is a known issue: https://wiki.apertus.org/index.php?title=Chronomotion#Known_Problems

Hi Sebastian, Thanks for the information. I just got back from a 2 week long holiday in Iceland with a good mate, aiming to shoot the Northern lights in time lapse. We're very happy with our results and videos will follow after they've been through editing! From our experience on the trip we have d...

Creating a demo video showing how the software can be used and what it is capable of is the next thing I want to work on. So far you are right there is not a lot of usage documentation. Since I come from the video compositing/editing and 3D animation world my approach was to center the software arou...

Thanks for testing, great that it works in general! I do not have a BT setup with the Merlin head but If you can help me understand how to talk to the BT device I will try to integrate it. So far the software is just a kind of preview. You can rotate the head, start motion in all directions with dif...

New Version with integrated GOTO features is ready. The good news is that the integrated GOTO controller seems to be pretty accurate. Average stepping error is around 0.01°. More accuracy could be achieved by moving the head "manually" with the speed commands and constantly checking the step positio...

Here is my first progress report and what I found out so far: If you see an error or misinterpretation please let me know. Speed For continuous movement there seem to be only 2 speed modes/ratios available each with 255 speed settings. "Slow" goes from 2.16 degrees per minute to 28.08 degrees per mi...
