Interesting, but definitely not the colours as have seen them. There was no green in the original colours. Actually the colours are so different from what we are used to that it could as well be a different planet.

Here are 3 pictures (not pano) which illustrate this.

Hi, thanks for your comments. Your are right Andre, I should have straighten it up. When I shoot pano hand held, I tend to **** slightly vertically from picture to picture. Note that here the field does not appear straight, but the skyline does. Btw we are almost neighbour as I live in Messancy. Bee...

Thanks for your comments.

I wish the trees had not been present on #4, but there was not time to find another location.

Beeloba, There was no real haze on the third one; except maybe just enough on the right side to make this sun rays visible.

I used a polarizing filter on the last one.

I did add local contrast on the first one already (This is part of my workflow). Maybe not enough ;-)

Thanks for your nice words. There are still visible stitching errors, but very small ones. There were several major ones in the building just behind the central tree that even smartblend could not fix. Strangely enough, if I stitch only about 20 pictures with that building and the surrounding area, ...

Bouillon, the city

Here is a new panic made in Bouillon (Belgium). 309 Pictures, 30D+70-200 2.8/is at 200 I do not like the big tree at the foreground in the center, but I could not find another spot where I could get a full view of the city, with the river and the gooseneck tip. There are very few people visible on t...

Photoshop at 50% discount for element licence owners in Europe.

Hi, I have received that link via adobe halland, and I am not sure of all the conditions. It looks like it's possible to get a full copy of photoshop cs3 for only 416.84 eur, for photoshop element licenced owners (element comes for free with canon dlsr f.e. so that might be good enough). Discount en...

Les couleurs semblent venir d'un décalage de la balance des bancs en lumière halogène. Même si "Ma Trekker" aime bien, si tu as pris des raw, il serait possible de corriger cela pour retrouver les couleurs originales des peintures ;-)

Looks like I should not use cut/paste blindly when building a page. It is fixed now. Main problem was that I had not closed <HEAD> and <style> directive. It is amazing that firefox could load the page.

Thanks Klaus,

There are 525 pictures. Shot with 30D+sigma 50-500 at 300. No motorized head, just a sturdy tripod. It took just 1 hour to shoot them all.

Web page is now fixed, requesting flash 9 when cs3 zoomify plugin is used.

Martelange : 1.3 GP

Hi, Here is a new pano of a village in the south of Belgium. Martelange is located in the south of Belgium, on the border of Luxembourg. The border is actually 1 meter away from the road. So most of the left side is in Luxembourg (except the foreground), and the rest is in Belgium. Since I do not ha...

Thomas, I have one little regret. Not about the pano, but about your web page.

The zoomify plugin you are using does not allowto zoom out completely, showing the full pano without scrolling. That would be nice though.
