Re: How to show an image like in Panotour 1.8?

This looks promising! :) I actually was on the path but stopped when i saw in the action that i had to set the path to the image there. I have several image-hotspots so this was not the solution i was looking for - i thought! Now it gets clearer - thank you!!! I will try it later today. Cheers - Peter

How to show an image like in Panotour 1.8?

Hi, i just do not get it :( I would like to show an image with a rectangular hotspot. Back in the old days with PT1.8 i got a rectangular hotspot tool (loved it!), created the hotspot, had to choose the image file (or a panorama or anything else!), had to choose how the image should be shown - that´...

Hi, i will have to exchange my MacPro soon - it´s a 2006 one :) Which 27" iMac would be "better" or will they act nearly similar with APG/Panotour (and Photoshop)? - iMac 27" with 2GB graphics card - or the newer one with 4GB graphics RAM Both with i7, SSD and 32GB RAM of course ...

Well, i did not use my Merlin for a long time - by the way, where is it?? :) Of course i could use and edit the XML-file manually, but this is not the way the Autopano GUI is supposed to be. Alexandre and his team do think a lot on GUI i guess and editing a XML-file by hand is not the way they want ...

Why not let the photographer help Autopano - new feature?

Hi all, (i tried to search this topic but maybe i used the wrong keywords. Sorry if this has been posted before.) Is there a feature to help Autopano to assamble the images or is it planned in a future release? When i take a panorama or a partial image i normally know what i am doing! My question: w...

Problem with CMS / paths

Hi, i created a little tour for a client who uses a CMS (ContentManagementSystem Contao). The tour is a Panotour for flash and html5 with 4 Panoramas - nothing very complicated. The problem: if all the files are in the root folder of the system the tour works good until the system deletes some xml f...

Yes, everybody has this "error". This is design :-)

Look at the original PNG file (MENU/EDIT/OPEN TEMPLATES). This is ment to look like this. If you do not like it you could change it in any image processing application (like Photoshop).

When looking into your sourcecode i still can see the "0" causing the error. Delete it and it will work. wrong: embedpano({target:"panoDIV",swf:"Pad.swf",xml:"Pad0.xml",width:"100%",height:"100%",allowFullScreen:"true"}); good: embedpano({target:"panoDIV",swf:"Pad.swf",xml:"Pad.xml",width:"100%",hei...

Ok, step by step: two solutions A and B. A: you do not have to change nothing in Panotour beta2. Just create your tour as you wish and check the checkbox "Mobile devices compability". You have to use the "generic.html" template. Let Panotour build you tour. Go then to the folder where the created fi...

start here: concentrate :-) read the first mail, then the last mail with the solution. the error is (for me: was) in the generic template. there is a '0' too much in the code which calls the xml-file. erase that and hotspots are working on the iGadgets. that's all. COOL! ok, it's friday late afterno...

Yann reported that Point hotspots are working if they use simple graphics: http://www.autopano.net/forum/p72100-today-10-18-34#p72100 but they do not. or does ist mean that the deault theme does not work (on iGadgets) and therefore the included images for hotspots are not 'simple graphics'? these a...

iPhone/iPad Tour: Hotspots not working?

Hi, I made a first attempt with the new version beta2 and have a problem with hotspots on the iPhone/iPad: they simply do not work. I used the normal set of images delivered with Panotour (png) and nothing 'fancy'. When i open the tour on the Mac everything works just fine. When opening the same fil...

Hi Adrien, i works with images but there seems to be a bug then when applying this "knowledge" to a map: The map.png is 1600x1200 px. I entered width=70% and height=0% in APT 1.1b5 and got this line in the xml-file: <action name="openmap">set(plugin[map].onclick,action(closemap););tween(plugin[map]....
