Hi sjhenry! Thanks for a cool script! I've tried it and wors perfectly. What I though it would do though - that the path would include given points. If I want to show say 3 points Y,P / 0,0 / 90,45 / 180, 0 I have to use 0,0 / 90,90 / 180,0. Otherwise my path goes through 0,0 / 90,22.5/ 180,0. Woul...

[APP 2.5.2 - 64 bits] - Gigap Import disables the "Finish" button

Recently I updated from APP 2.5.0 to APP 2.5.2 on Windows Vista 64 bit. After the upgrade, the gigapan import is not enabling "Finish" button to continue. Please see the pictures attached to the post. I removed APP 2.0, APP 2.50 and re-installed APP 2.5.2. Nothing worked yet. Please let me know how ...

This image has a little water color painting feel to it. It is beautiful and makes to feel walk around these trees.

Claude, The first head I bought has the firmware version 020381. The second head I bought has the firmware versio...

Do you have any camera shake issues using the speed in your template? I don't see any shake from the timing I use. Often I see the issue with scene itself due to wind. The preset does not have any time in it. I use 0.5 stabilization time and 0.5 secs as time value. Then the Pulse width high and low...

I am not Pawel. Since I am using 500mm lens on a 1.6x crop camera mostly, I am going to address your speed issue. The timing you mention means there is some problem with the head or setup certainly. Below is the header section of Papywizard XML generated for a panorama using 500mm lens on a 1.6x cro...

Mike, I misunderstood what you said about the multiple shots. . I thought that you were mentioning about multiple shots at a given position - for example to do a HDR with multiple exposures. I can still think of a way to have different speed between these control points. Open the GUI to enter 5 more...

Nice panorama! There are lots details here. A better lens like EF 400 F5.6 will give some more detail here. I can still name few places in this panorama that I remember from my 1997 visit there. It brings back some good memories.

taf, I agree that the scene is flat. I think it needs some close front element to make it better. AlexandreJ, In fact I have used the APP 2.5 beta1 to generate the full 1 giga pixel of this panorama. The haze remover plugin is a good addition to APG 2.5. I like the result - almost a velvia rendition...

Mike,

I mentioned in the other thread that adding the number of shots per position can be done on the Bezier Curve timelapse preset generator. Please discuss this on the other thread.

I like the time lapse video you have here. It is very good. Regarding the label, I named then same due to representing the same point and one is for yaw and another one is for pitch. You will see this within the ( and ). For example, the P2 has two points with label P2(yaw) and P2(pitch). It is easy...

John, Thank you for the constructive comments. One thing I noticed in my very wide angle images is that there are no distinct center of attraction as is the case in this gigagraph. I completely agree with you that there is too much going on here. Regarding the view angle, I was standing near the edg...

John, Please find the attached picture show the 6X17 format card I use. It has a cutout in the middle of size of 168 X 56 mm - the 6X17 film format size. Some 6X17 film cameras even don't have this frame size. They are almost kind of 6X15 size. I attached a string at the middle with focal length in ...
