Focal Length Question

If Im using Papywizard with a Canon Eos 7D with a 75 to 300mm lens fully extended at 300mm, where Papywizard asks for the Focal Length, do I say 300m or do I have to include the 1.6x multiplication factor and put 480mm? The reason I ask is I did a large panorama with approximately 380 photos with it...

Thanks again,

Chris.

Thanks for the replies guys.

Are there any guides around to how to alter the setting of this screw? Or at least any images in which it is pointed out please?

Thanks again,

Chris.

The problem is, when the lens is extended to 300mm the weight of the camera plus lens is slightly too much for the lens... at least when used rougly horizonally it's fine, but the moment you point the lens dow...

I've tried to ring them today - just get an answering machine.

I've mailed them to see if that works any better. It looks somewhat worrying to me at the moment.
