We are currently urging them to provide an uploader utility, so that you could do it yourself and there is no need to disassemble the head and send the panels to us for upd...

hello friends possessing the new firmware, Synta asks some specific questions to track the error down, could you please get me a set of answers on them? Of course, they won't use Papywizard as a third party program, but if they could reproduce the error using the Merlin handbox, they are willing to ...

hello friends, we are in contact with Synta about the problem, maybe we can get replacement motherboards. As they continue to develop the Merlin for astronomical purposes, its always possible that something changes. So if there is a solution possible via Papywizard implementation, that would be safe...

As we have three cases now, we think just simply replacing the devices by new ones wouldn't be crackin' the jackpot. update: Tamas just informed me he will produce new replacement bluetooth d...

The last charge was more expensive than the earlier one. We'll add the L-bracket for 25.- if you order Merlin now. Cause cur...

hello Andrew, this thread is to check if there is enough demand for such a replacement crown. If we get a dozen or more "yes", then lets go to work and design and produce something, which will be offered then. Nobody is obliged to buy the thing by voting now, its just to get an idea about the demand...

hello Paul,

If this happens if you just plug in the handcontroller first, then power on -
then don't waste too much time on it. If it does not work like expected we are ready to send you a replacement unit tomorrow. Just email me to confirm.
