I just able to delete the content, but that I could do before also.
I am not able to delete the page and ban the user (or don't know where to get access to that functions).

I don't know which priviliges a user must have. But I may help to keep the wiki clean if you arrange the necessary priviliges.
Not on a regular schedule, but if I detect abuse I could help instead of mailing it to rami.
