In particular onese that can remove the foreground person from foliage and still retain the details on the edges. Any one using a particular appli...

Thanks Tived and George. I tried both methods suggested and Whilst the PS method worked best it reqiured a lot of masking to remove the unwanted areas with the people in it. The advantage was that I could adjusrt the transparancy of each layer to give a ghost effect. George, I tried using the mask t...

Then repeated the same pattern on images with people in it. A third pano was taken with people in different positions. All images (21, 1 X 7 3 times) were...

Hi Klaus, A small suggestion if I may. How about a small space(5-10 pixels) bertewwen the main image and the zoomed sections. I am trying to look at it from the perspective of a customer and I think they would like to know the finished size of the print (@ 300 dpi) The % zoom for each section, and i...

Starting from scratch.

Hi, I am starting from scratch with PANOTOUR and whilst I can get some results they are haphazard. I have looked at the tutorials and read the manual. My problem is this. What relationship does the pano image size have to the display on screen and how to control it. Example - I have a pano downsized...

Klaus, Further tests. Correct me if I am wrong. As Panotour embeds all files and once a tour is built,it will read the xml code which will have the name of the object file embedded in it. So changing the original png file without rebuilding the project will still have the old object file in the code...

Naming of object ?

Hi to All, As I delve into PANOTOUR ( Not Pro) I find that when editing and saving a object (Text as a png file) panotour does not recognise the new file. Example. Created a file in Photoshiop with text about the image. Saved as a png file called text 1.png made the link to text1.png in the hotspot ...

Hi Klaus, I realise you wer testing the lense and assume that ypou have not processed the image. I was wondering if the neutralhazer filter in APG would help if you had to use this image.

Thank Destiny. Its good to be able to talk to someone who knows about VR and in Australia. Dont have to wait 12 hours for a reply. (Time difference from Aus to France. Not to labour a point but will PTP (at an extra $200) do more than this example. It will take about 1 minute to load and if you pres...

Hi Destiny, Thanks for the test VR. I have used PDF (Acrobat) for some time and can set to display at full screen. Great package and very powerful. Especially if you use javascript. (I dont as i think I'm too old to learn a new language). My initial motive was to make a slide show type tour of a loc...

Hi Destiny, after your post about IR in Vr i trioed PDF but as you said the resolution is a problem for screen presentation. (I am allways thinking in print term). But realising that pdf is not the way to go I outlaid the $100 to give Panotour a go. My first effort included hires files and was very ...
