Ghosting Issue

I'm having a persistent ghosting issue with a couple of the buildings in the following panorama.

Since it is a very small project, I've uploaded all 6 files:

Re: Can't fix vignetting

Hi Track Do you use the color correction in APG ? How you set the reference images ? Easiest way is to show us a screenshot of the editor window in Color Correction mode to explain this Woah, sorry I forgot about this thread entirely. Busy week. Here is what you requested: http://fapping.empornium....

Can't fix vignetting

I have a vignetting issue on two rows of a panorama. I've tried anti-vignetting software, but nothing seems to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm interested by having your pictures as case study. If you can upload them : http://www.kolor.com/forum/t766-ftp-server It's a big panorama - 126 pictures. You want all of them or just a section? Also, if someone has a tutorial on how to perform lens correction via Photoshop, I'd appreciate it.

How come this only started happening right now? Perhaps you have shooted with open aperture or with a wrong lens hood? Btw: There are some used and cheap (around 800$ up) EF 300mm 4L USM f/4 teles in ebay. With this fixed lenses you get better results at 300mm as with the zoom an converter at 600mm...

Hi Track You are working through all possible errors you can do when shooting panoramas ;) Haha. Yes. Thus is the process of learning :) Zoom lenses aren't first choice for shooting panoramas because most of them have a lot of vignetting. That might be true, but finding a 300mm prime lens is imposs...

Serious vignetting issue

This is more of a general photography question, but it's not noticeable in just one shot. You only really see it when stitched.

I was shooting 300mm with my Canon 75-300 f/5.3 lens and I didn't notice until I saw it in the preview, but the panorama is basically ruined.

What caused this?

If what I need to have done cannot be done without having the background information, I'll accept that answer. Funny - that´s what i´m telling you for hours . . but i don´t have a feel you accept it. Klaus Ooh!! So, that's what that mix of Giberish and broken English was.. *laughs* And to think ...

You name it.

Klaus

Convenient for you, though. Now you don't have to respond ;)

At the very least, read what I wrote and think about. You'll be better off that way.

Or, conversely, just don't reply to my future threads. That works doubly well for me.

I still don´t know HOW you shot this pano - or i missed this information (we old people miss things sometimes, you know . . . ) I guess you didn´t shoot spherical. So you can´t use the same geometrical options a spherical/symmetrical shooting would have provided. But you might try to SIMULATE a ...

Young man, you need to create control points between the adjoining photos, and then optimize. An if that does not work first time, do it again, and again and again......made a pano with a motorized mount with shifting light and fog, haze, dust, spray (from anti-dust sprayers used about 200 meters u...

And having a dig at people because of their age is spectacularly shortsighted Young man , you need to create control points between the adjoining photos, and then optimize. Ironic. OT: I have tested Hand's method and it works - when you only place the two photos in AutoPano, there's no stitching error. However, when stitching all the photos, the problem persists. Well I must have missed that........only two photos were available so I stitched them. Can you dropbox me all file...

I'm sure that's very true but the point I was making is that people who go to the trouble of posting ON HERE with their APG stitching problems are very likely to want to know how they could improve their technique not just hand it all over for someone else to solve with no feedback As an outsourcin...

With AutoPano Giga, you could manually drag the panorama to achieve the projection you desire. I find this more malleable than the more simplistic controls in ICE.

All I need to know now is how RAW can work instead of HDR. RAW can´t replace HDR. But it has a surprisingly wide dynamic-range when you use a *good* RAW-converter. i used HDR here: http://www.360impressions.de/KBogen/ i used RAW here: http://www.360impressions.de/KBogen413/ So in cases with moving...

I shot two panorama today without my Gigapan with the intent of adding the sky in later (if anyone has a tutorial on that end - I'd appreciate it).
