Andrew, thanks for that information. It is kind of what I was expecting. 2GB is the new min. RAM requirement for APG 3.0.5. That is interesting. I have already used APP 3.0.5 on several small panos when not using GPU procecessing mode. I assume you mean 2 GB as a min with GPU Processing? I think you...

APP 3.0.5 - GPU Processing under Windows XP Professional 32-bit SP3

I cannot be certain if this is a bug or a hardware compatibility issue, so please be patient with me folks! ;) I have used APP 2.0.9 and 2.6.4 on my laptop for a long time now, and with very few issues. My panoramas are for personal use and usually only have a few photos within, all taken with pocke...

Assuming PSPX4 stands for PaintShop Pro, there is not an easy solution to your problem as Neutralhazer is designed to work with Photoshop software. PSP seems to provide a way to load and run Photoshop filters, but this doesn't mean Neutralhazer will be fully functionnal. That is disappointing! I am...

Destiny, thanks very much for that! Very kind of you to take the trouble with the screen captures. I guess I shall have to give APG some serious consideration. I just hope that it's abilities are better than those of APP 2.5.2, which I have found disappointing when it comes to blending. APP 2.0.9 wo...

Just a thought.... if you used the Neutalhazer plugin would it have cleared it up a bit..... Destiny, I had a search on the web for that and turned up nothing. Can you tell me where it is available/what it is? I acknowledge that I am very much a beginner at this sort of thing, though I have tinkere...

Death Valley, California, USA

I have been tinkering with Autopano Pro for a few years now, but I am no expert. I also only use small compact digital cameras. This panorama was taken in May 2011 using my new Panasonic TZ20. It consists of 18 images, stitched together in APP 2.0.9 (sorry folks, but 2.5.2 just does not produce good...

I have to agree with witdem - Smartblend in version 2 is better than anything I have been able to achieve with 2.5! Disappointing. :-(

It's a beta...some things are not yet perfected. Thanks Andrew, I realise that. Perhaps I was just putting too much expectation in to Alexandre's comments at the top of this thread "We are really happy with this new beta 2 release." & "We are not far from RC release and then final." I'll await furt...

Well, try as I might, I cannot get the new advanced and "massively improved" rendering engine to produce smooth blends in my panoramas. These are panoramas I have already produced with v2.0.9, and the comparisons in V2.50 Beta 2 are not satisfactory. I have tinkered with the Advanced Settings but ca...
