Failure to stitch two Sony 7AR2II files

My workflow for years has included taking two or more sets of three or more exposure-bracketed images then stitching them using Autopano Pro. I recently acquired a Sony 7AR2II with 48 megapixel sensor and find that trying to stitch two tif files created from bracketed images (as performed easily wit...

Stitch failure using dng files from Fuji X S1

I use Lightroom 4.0 to convert raw files to dng format.

Dng files from the Fuji X S1 that are dragged onto AP 2.6.2 display a small portion of each image and "no panorama found" is displayed.

If the dng files are first converted to Tif format, stitching works just fine.

Thanks, It takes less time because you can batch process 100 panoramic sets of exposure bracketed triplets while you drink a pot of coffee. Of course the quality of each resulting stitch may not be as good as individually processing the triplets, but you can see the intermediate results with little ...

Thanks, I unchecked Color correction by layer and selected exposure and gamma, but found no reference to white balance. Unfortunately, I still see pink. My workaround remains separate processing of the HDR triplets then stitching the tif files. Has worked fine, but takes more time. Perhaps as more o...

Thanks, I capture in raw then convert to dng. My lenses are Canon L series or DO. For 5 or so years I have been using the same equipment with autopano Pro. I shoot with a monopod and auto settings. I process using auto-crop, -color correction, -histogram, -render and -save. An example of my usual ap...

Pink color in highlights

AP-G 2.6 Mac OS 6.5 When stitching exposure bracketed images (eg 3 x 2) the resulting pano sometimes shows a creamy pink colorization of highlighted areas usually associated with one of the bracketed exposures being overexposed. Most of my processing is performed in batch auto-mode. This pink is not...

No panorama detected in this group

Been using autopano 2.5 without problems to stitch canon photographs from dng format into psd panoramas using Lightroom. Am trying out a FujiFilm FinePix HS20EXR. Yesterday, shooting in jpg, images stitched ok. Today, after shooting in raw and converting to dng in lightroom 3, similar images give a ...

The rendering works from within LR with problems. The Rendered file (two source images) does not appear in the folder within the lightroom database from which the source images were obtained. Instead it ends up in a dektop folder called unnamed export and I have to drag it into lightroom. I have set...

APG 2 Mac 10.5 Has the Failure to render Adobe dng files been fixed

I previously reported, with example images, failure of APG to properly render images in Adobe's raw dng format. I also reported that my initial trial with tif worked just fine... tif continues to work well. Has the problem with dng files been verified and fixsed? I had no problem with dng files with...

Tilt shift lens

Is anyone using a tilt lens to create panoramas with greater depth of field? If so, how well does it work. If not, any speculators about how well it would work

You've got it, but I can't use folder names because the images are named independent of the folders. Each image is given a unique date_serial number name that stays the same for all versions of each image, jpg, psd, etc. If you permitted say one of three 'spacer' characters like space, hyphen and un...

Please enhance file naming feature

Many use two numbers separated by a spacer in a file name, eg I use the date and a sequence number... yymmdd_seq number. Currently, I name panos first file name__second file name. It would be very helpful if I could use first file name_last file name, second number... so that 081012_012__081012_022.p...
