The patch tool in Pano2VR software is well worth looking at for editing the nadir - in my case applying a mirrorball/logo. I was using Photoshop but this is much more streamlined way of doing it.

Whitsunday Islands Queensland Australia

A couple of my first attempts using Canon 5D & 15mm Fisheye. using Nodal Ninja 3 Panhead Very happy with the results.
First image is Luncheon Bay on Hook Island - Second image is the interior of "Windjammer" a 72' gaff rigged schooner operating around the Whitsunday Islands.
