XML parsing failed

I've searched the forums and haven't found a solution to my problem.  I have a registered and licensed version of Panotour Pro (v 1.0.8.14) and I've been experiencing problems viewing my tours via iphone/pad since the last update.  Every new tour I create gives the error "Fatal Error: Index.xml - xml parsing failed!".  See examples below.

After update, new tours I create do not work properly via iphone/pad:
http://www.gsjackson.com/demo/index.html

Before update, this tour works fine on iphone/pad:
http://www.gsjackson.com/villages/demo.html

Any help to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Did you update KRPano/KRPano-Tools to resp. have a iPhone/Pad-license?

I suggest to use always the latest KRPano/KRPanotools.

best, Klaus

P.A.: might be better to delete all presets of APG/PTP before installing newer versions. (i never had any issues - MacOS10.6.8 - but i read about some).

Re: XML parsing failed

Klaus, not exactly sure what you mean by "update KRPano/KRPano-Tools to resp. have a iPhone/Pad-license".  When I build the tour, it automatically includes a krpanoiphone.license.js file.  Is that what you mean?

Thanks,

Thanks,

Hi!

Yes. Did you run the latest KRPano-update?

*If you kept the structure that PTP builds* i can´t imagine much reasons for this error-message.

best, Klaus

Re: XML parsing failed

I noticed a small problem in my XML (an "onclick" and "onhover" command didn't have a space between them) and my tour is trying to load.  Problem now is that my iphone keeps getting these error alerts at the bottom of the screen: "Warning: tween type 'quadratic' not found - using 'easeOutQuad' instead!"

Any idea how to fix it?  Here's the link again: http://www.gsjackson.com/demo

Thanks

Re: XML parsing failed

Problem solved.  The "spot1.png" image was missing from indexdata/graphics/spots
