Configuration of buttons sensitive for touch screen displays.

Hi,

My client will display the virtual tour in touch screen displays. They are complaining the navigation buttons and zoom are not so responsive in the touch screen, whitout sensitive and working intermittent. Please there's any sensitive configuration for this ? Or this is a problem that should be resolved in the touch display or OS ?

Thanks
Toni

I think this is a touchscreen hardware and driver issue.

What brand and model of touch screen do they use?

Hi Andrew,

I don't know yet which model and brand they tested it.
As recommended by kolor support, I changed moveforce value for zoom in and out. Waiting for a feedback if it's working nice now.

Thanks a lot for your attention !

Hi Toni!

As Andrew said: the touch *senitivity* is related to the hardware-settings of the device. The *speed* of zooms you can set in the xml afaik.

best, Klaus
