ERROR: unable to open video - virtualtourdata/graphics/spots/spot2.mp4

Mac PTP version 1.8.0 - have tried mp4, m4v, flv and no success...
The server has a file limitation of 1 megabyte per file, so I reduced the file size to 660 kb. But no success yet.

If you try to access directly to your video, you'll see that its access is denied :
http://panorama3d.hd1.com.br/clinicadel … /spot2.mp4
The video should have a readable access right to be played in the tour.
Change the access rights on this "spot2.mp4" file and it should work.

Seems like you're right. Though this is a free server and they made lots of file type rules. I think it's not a bug of PTP now. Thanks for the clearing.
