License Error

Hi everyone

I know this topic is already exist but i saw that is still common problem. It happened to me today. I've just bought panotour pro and used it (I'm the only user).  Everythings working great except uploding my works to my website. I've tried "embeded license" by krpanotools; changed "MIME Types". It still same. What can i do?

Please help me
Thank you.

Re: License Error

Hello,

Did you enter the key that was sent to you when you bought PanotourPro, into the registration window of Panotour Pro ?

You do not need krpanotools to register or to embed your license in the player. It is already done by PTP.

Re: License Error

Thank you Gerald for your reply.

Yes, i entered the key and it looks like there is no problem with it (its registered by my mail address). And yes you're right i don't need to use krpanotools but i was desperate and tried every way..

So what else can cause such this problem?

Re: License Error

Sorry, i haven't been here for a while.

I have two demos, one of them is here: *http://www.sagcanlarhotel.com/360gs/virtualtour.html
it's working for other people correctly. But when i entered to "ftp" user account of this hotel of my own computer, own internet connection.. i have a message: "License Error" (only my own connection)

The other one is here: *http://www.sagcanlarhotel.com/360gs1/G.S..html
it's not working. i mean nowhere. not just my own connection. It says: "The page cannot be found..."

looking at sourcecode of above asp page you can see the pano is embedded by starting the virtualtour.swf from actual path...
so the pano should be here:
http://sagcanlar.com/virtualtour.swf

so someone moved the pano and changed the code for the hotel?
loading also for me endless...

The tour takes a very very long time load.

If you are embedding all data then don't!

Re: License Error

I embeded all data. the first loading, yes, it takes time but then it opens normally. Shouldn't i embed all data? i'm the new user for panotour pro..

I recommend that you do not embed all data - then the initial pano will be displayed faster.

Is the tour running in a simple Web server environment or are you using some sort of Content Management System?

Did you choose to build the rour into a new folder then upload all the contents of that folder to the Web server maintaining the file and folder structure?

Did you use one of the HTML template options when building the tour? If so did you later modify the HTML file PTP created before uploading it to the web server?

Have you checked that the file permissions on the server are appropriate?
