Ive upgraded, and find the software less effective. Previously, when I clicked on detect, APG would yeild 9 time out of 10 a well stitched pano. Now, with 2.6 I finding that the detect image is poor, requiring more manual stitching. Perhaps the auto detect of control points are less sensitive. I've attached 2 images. The first is 2.6; I have only produced stitchings like this from 2.6. The second image is 2.5; notice the relatively nice stitching.
What can I do to improve the auto detect? Are there settings I can adjust the sensitivity of the control points?

Your first shown pano doesn´t contain lens-informations.
Go to "prefs" and tell the app which lens you used and which sensor-size.
In your second shown pano you didn´t level the camera - but have lems-information.
Use the "vertical lines" tool to get the horizon straight.

Okay, it was working for the previous pano, but today it went back to troubles. Again, my setup: APG 64 Mac, Tokina 10-17mm. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

In your screenshot of autopano on left hand side I see the images with wrong orientation...
try to correct the orientation on your harddrive (dont knwo mac, on my PC I only have to right click on image ans change orientation...) and reload the images again into autopano....

Are you sure that the Tokina is really good corrected in APG? I read "15mm" - is it eventually interpreted as fisheye?
Try a lens-correction first in Lighroom or Photoshop.
Did you set "lens correction" or "advanced lens correction"?
Your issue in my eyes is in the settings!
Btw.: be carefull using the "Gamma" correction - it can make parts of the image "flat".
I prefer using "exposure" only.

In this instance your images have EXIF data ( so the If no EXIF setting is not applied) but with focal length set at 15mm APG will set lens type to Standard (rectilinear) - as you can see in your screenshots - you will have to manually change that to Fisheye in Image Properties.

Hi all, The support you all provide always blows me away! Thank you! Good news, all is working well. I knew it was user error rather than the software. It appears that it was in the settings [always force the following EXif Value 10mm (problem was set to 15mm).
Thank you all once again!
