27 Linked TOURS - Urgent Suggestions Needed

Hi Everyone,

I am a new  user. I have practiced alot. however, now I have a big project.
I dont really have a great knowledge about tours but I am a professional photographer and i guess its useful for me.
I have 27 tours yikes which needs to be linked. it is for a big museum.
it is already stressing me to do squences and next&previous links between tours and mini planet or any other details anyway.
IF we come to the point, I only linked 3 of them now and even tho i kept them JPEG its size is 158mb.
and when I go to the files, its only the .swf file keeps %99 of the space.
therefore im guessing i will end up around 2gb space. and this will even be impossible to be viewed by people who have quite fast connection.
is there any possible way to keep tours seperate files but linked to eachother inside of the tour?

i dont really want to reduce to quality. on the otherhand i will add some insturmental music due its a historical museum.

ps; i got an idea to link them between their website address links but i will not be the one who will put them on the museum's website and i believe it will be so hard to keep the squence and upload them one by one with different address links.

regards hmm

Re: 27 Linked TOURS - Urgent Suggestions Needed

finally I cant follow your thoughts...

you write in panotour forum and you are asking how to link 27 panos? or are you talking about 27 finished tours with several panos linked inside each single tour?

the quality you mentioned: which jpeg quality level did you use? 12? is >10 than I strongly suggest to reduce to 9 or 10 and if image quality is good than even to 8.
your user will be thankful for lower loading time.
if you use <11 currently and you have a predicted size of 2 gigabyte than, you're aware that this data your user will never need to load in complete? only if user would load complete spheres of your panos and also each resolution level...

did you use option embedding all data? than I very strongly suggest to not to do so, because with with this option you can protect your content from editing, altering etc., but before your first scene of your tour can be seen by enduser all tourdata must be downloaded and this always is timeconsuming...

Liebe Gruesse,
Georg

PS: you posted in panotour future forum...
