How can we take 100+ images from above Burning Man? You're not allowed to fly over so you can't point the camera straight down. All you can do is fly around 360 degrees pointing the camera at a 45 angle. Or fly >20,000 feet. Which is best?

45° and fisheye will do a 360° but fairly low res.
