deep linking to individual panorama s

I know  this can be done with some coding but it would be nice if panotour would have an option with which one activates the availability of deep-linking to individual panorama s . this allows an object (being a building, ship or park etc) to be shown as a whole but also allows to jump directly to individual rooms/places.

If for example the tour is shown at http://...../panoramas/nicehouse it would be nice when a panorama that is named "livingroom" in the panoramalist can be addressed directly as http://...../panoramas/nicehouse/livingroom

Re: deep linking to individual panorama s

How do you envisage such a feature could be implemented in the GUI?

Re: deep linking to individual panorama s

Just a checkmark in panotour, turning it on. Location would be project propertties-> tour build placed under Mobile Devices  tour, Label  "deep linking"

cheers,

Hans

Re: deep linking to individual panorama s

While I am not exactly dying for this feature, every customer I have has asked for this so apparently there is a demand for this.

Re: deep linking to individual panorama s

My clients are mainly resorts and hotels. I partner with web designers and internet marketing companies. We simply get higher usage when the first panorama played is relevant to the web page a user is viewing. It makes it so much easier for the client to use if they can just click the button and go directly to the pano they want. The virtual tour buttons are interwoven through the entire website instead.  Unfortunately for me, I'm not a coder. I would love this additional functionality and use it consistently.

This would be a wonderful feature for the tours I am building too - so that users can go to individual panoramas directly.
