In the 1.6 RC3 version, you can set "%p" as tooltip for your hotspot.
This template will be replaced by the name of the panorama, when the tour will be built.

You can set this template as the default tooltip by clicking on the green icon on the bottom right of the hotspot property tab.

For example if you click on the grren icon in the following screenshot, the default tooltip for all your hotspots will be : "This hotspot will open a panorama of %p".
And in the particular case of the hotspot in this screenshot, the tooltip will be "This hotspot will open a panorama of Nice".

About that green icon... Which parameters from hotspot editor become default by clicking it? I see on screenshot that there is custom color also.
