3 covers, because 3 editors involved, each editor want its own chosen panorama as cover to match more their target ( Kolor for the website, Rocky Nook for America, Dpunkt Verlag for Europe and especially Germany ).
It's like iMac, just chose your prefered cover smile The inner content is just the same.

There are actually 3 Panobooks 2011, with the same content but not the same cover. Each publisher has chosen its own cover for his market.
