Autopano Pro v1.3 Final

After months of development, here's the new autopano final : http://www.autopano.net

Changelog between this version and the RC4 is pretty short : we fixed many bugs and improved a little the overall detectivity.

All the team here want to thank everybody for the awesome help you gave us, either by doing bug report, submitting pictures sets that can help to improve the product, or just by giving us some feedback on how they are using the interface or explaining some design issue they got.
A big thanks to the translator team too, and to [bo] and TAF, moderator on the forum.

The future ?

We are currently compiling the linux version. It should be available soon.
Then, we will spend some time on a big surprise... Stay tunned !

Our plan is to release for beginning of next year a 1.3.1 with some enhancements : Devplan
The next big release will contain fisheye and orthographic projection.

Re: Autopano Pro v1.3 Final

Moi, j'attend surtout cela :

1.4 Beta 1
    * revamp of group creation method (visual editor to see direct impact of parameter change). A better way to see where a panorama comes from is planned too.

Re: Autopano Pro v1.3 Final

Czech and german language were delayed as the translators were really buzy. Perhaps for 1.3.1.

Re: Autopano Pro v1.3 Final

I think 1.3.X will be produced first (in the beginning of 2007), so 1.4 betas won't be in for some time.

I could help with the German translations - if you need help, just drop me an email.

Best wishes,

Re: Autopano Pro v1.3 Final

I would love to download the new v1.3 but when I click on the appropriate link (www.autopano.net) then click on "Buy it now" then on "http://buy.kolor.com" then "Buy Autopano Pro 1 Windows" I get the Kolorshop page that says "your basket is empty." No place to download v1.3 except the demo version. How do I get the full version?

Re: Autopano Pro v1.3 Final

The demo version transforms itself into the full version if you enter the correct registration code.

Re: Autopano Pro v1.3 Final

I've re-run a couple of panos from RC4 to 1.30.  There seems to be a slight speed improvement in the smartblend portion and thank you for eliminating the "fisheye" check.  I had been blocked by that warning when using a modified "generic" camera with sunpac internals.  This beta program and the prolific feedback is working really well for this group.

Re: Autopano Pro v1.3 Final

The stitching power of APP 1.3 is great.I could stitch photo sets in minutes that where completely misaligned in PTGui.
But what i´m  really missing is alpha channel handling. When can we expext that to be true ? Pleeeazzze, don´t let me wait too long.

Re: Autopano Pro v1.3 Final

You can have a look at the dev plan and will be pleased to know that alpha channel handling in input files is for next version (1.3.1).

Re: Autopano Pro v1.3 Final

I was looking forward to getting the final 1.3.0 for Linux. Is it available? I don't see it in the download page.

By the way, thanks for producing a quality Linux product. I thought that 1.3.0 beta 2 for Linux was great software.
