Forum - new colour theme

I really really REALLY dislike the new black and grey theme for the forum.

Can we have an option for the old theme please?

Re: Forum - new colour theme

If I would write here my honest opinion about the new theme, my account would be immediately be closed by kolor!
so I only can say, I fully support mediavets posting.

font is far to small
no way to choose a bigger font (which can be saved by cookie) - I know I can use the 100-125-150 spyglass of my browser, but hey I wear glasses, Im not blind...)
color contrast of used text colors is horrible bad

Re: Forum - new colour theme

Hey Kolor

Parts of this new look I really like but its harder to view for sure.... perhaps go up a notch with the text size might help...

I think some of the blue text needs to be white.. good for titles but not the main text...

I like the merging of other kolor site for better navigation but the text colours and size needs a rethink....

I like the grey text, I also like the grey backgrounds..

Yes... give the option New or Old...

Re: Forum - new colour theme

Hello everyone,

I agree with your comments: text size is smaller than in the old theme, and colors might make the reading difficult.
In fact we need the forum to have the same theme as the whole website, but we should propose a lighter theme as an option.
We are currently working on another theme which will be easier to read, and we will increase the text size of all themes.

If you have other ideas to better the forum, feel free to share them.

Best,
Rami

Re: Forum - new colour theme

I agree whole heartedly with Andrew and Georg, and I'll take it a step further for you Georg.

Surely, there must be a capable graphic designer in the house.  I give the new web site design a D-.
Font too small
Color combo horrid...

With all the imagination and talent that goes into Kolor products, one would hope that a better web display can be designed.

I'll be out of touch for a while - packing for a big move from Honolulu back to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - to be near to family.
I hope a better web design happens in the next month, otherwise, I'd rather see the old one back.

Ciao,
Richard - still grumpy

Re: Forum - new colour theme

If you think the text it too small, why not just Ctrl+wheel / Ctrl + "+"?

Re: Forum - new colour theme

You can now change the style of the forum.
Go to Profile -> display and select a new style in the list.
The new style is Oxygen and the old style is Autopano.

Enjoy,

Loic

Thanks ..... but default font size is still smaller than before and 'testing' for those of us with less than perfect eyesight.

Re: Forum - new colour theme

Legends on buttons are almost illegible with new ('old'?) autopano theme/style.

As is filename when selecting images for upload.

Also subject title when creating new topic.

Re: Forum - new colour theme

Well - the new style isn´t a design-highlight and needs to be more elaborated, but basically i like the look. It´s modern, less old-fashioned as the old style . . coolcool

best, Klaus

Re: Forum - new colour theme

I was not a fan of the new theme too...
but the old/new theme "autopano" is nice...

Look. There's a rhythmic ceremonial ritual coming up !

Re: Forum - new colour theme

Hey kolor... Is there any chance you can make the font groups different colours... I see sometimes a replay with a quote within a quote and to be honest I get really lost with the flow of the conversation, where it begins and where it ends.. I am referring to your new theme... Some email features have this... I like using it now the font is a bit bigger but it still needs fine tuning....
