I'm new to all this!
I'm a photographer with lots of photo-retouching computer experience. I recently purchased a Nodal Ninja head and have managed to shoot panoramas which stitch together!. I was using autopano giga and tour c/w Krpano licences. The finished hi-res results are being uploaded to my website and work really great with a small HTML file which all I do is change 2 of the lines to the name of my file.
You can all probably tell that I know NOTHING about code HTML etc....but it worked...full screen, hi-res 'tiled' panoramic images.
Now the problem...I showed a customer a rough created by the demo of Panotour Pro. He loved the map/buttons/etc. I now have the 'key' for the full version and have started using it. I am having problems forcing the images to remain at full resolution, they seem to want to be scaled down by the program. I can manage to get a full res image by changing the shape to 360x179, it seems to work but the pano viewed online is really 'choppy' when it moves.
Has nobody written a 'how to' for putting the right files etc. in the right places...folders are created, swfkrpano.js ???
HELP
Thanks

sorry more questions..can anybody explain to me the 'restricted domains' box?. How can I get a simple HTML code to place the .swf file into the middle of a black page which would scale and stay centered on a browser window?. I am uploading the .swf file and data folder into my public_html folder and only have a code for full page. Thanks

Just as a matter of interest - what camera and lens are you using to shoot these panos?
Do you stitch and render them at 360x180?
What resolution (pixel dimensions) are your stitched and rendered pano images?
Do you post-process them after rendering in APG and before using them in Panotour Pro?

If the pano image is not a full 360x180 equirectangular (with an aspect ratio of 2:1) image the values set in Panorama Prorpeties/Projection/Input Filed of View may be incorrect - see screenshot 1 - and this post:
http://www.autopano.net/forum/p71559-20 … -14#p71559
To display your pano at full resolution you need to click on the Panorama Properties/Pictures/Compute Optimal Size button on the see screenshot 2.

In Project Properties/Tour Build/HTML template tour select the generic HTML template (see screenshot 3) AND ensure you put the output in a new folder that way all the required files will be in one place ready for you to upload to the Web.

It is not relevant to what you are doing. Forget it, for now.

Is anyone having problems opening a saved APT project? I have downloaded the new version (mac) or APT 1.5.0 from APT. I sometimes can retrieve a saved project but most of the time the project will flash open then shut down with an error.
Any suggestions?

What's the reported error?
Are you using Panotour 1.5 or Panotour Pro 1.5?

PanoTourPro can´t open saved constructions from AutPanoTour.
