Please let define in future the target from a url hotspot in "Hotspot Properties" like the paramters from krpano:
target (optionally)
The target where the url should be opened.
Possible settings:
◦_blank - open the url in a new window (the default)
◦_self - open the url in a current frame in the current window
◦_parent - open the url in the parent of the current frame
◦_top - open the url in the top-level frame in the current window

I've just tried it again with Autopano Tour beta11 and it works.
But it doesn't work with Panotour Pro 1.5 even though it appears to generate the same XML as far as I can see.
Perhaps PTP 1.5 integrates a later version of the krpano Panorama Viewer?
Back when it did work, the downside was that when you hit the back button you went back to the first pano in the tour.
