In Hotspot Properties i define YAW and Pitch,
but if i click the hotspot always the standardview is to see.
The parameters dosen`t work, a bug?

They work. You just have to save the parameters in the "3D" window (hotspot-view/default-view and pitch). "Hotspot-view" means where you look initially when entering a new scene. "default-view" means where the pano then starts being interactive. You can choose a hotspot view, it makes an automatic turn to the default view and from here it´s interactive.

I think i have set all parameters correct.

As Klaus says you set the Pano view (default view of a pano) and Spot view (in the destination pano of the hotspot link) by right-clicking in the 3D Editor window, after using the mouse wheel to determine the desired FOV .
See screenshots below.
Then experiment with the transition styles - their descriptions are not entirely intuitive - and I'm sure you will end up achieving what you wish.
