Mobile compatibility only works with 360x180 panos.

So if you have a pano of less than 360x180 pano FOV - and it sounds as if you have if you are talking about Partial Panorama Width - then that is probably the problem.

Resolved, it's ok. Many thanks Mediavets. In fact you have reason. My problem with iPhone was the mistaked parameters 360x180. I did'nt seen my parameters was 360x179,7. Now it's all ok and tours are visible on iPhone.
Also, if you can help me as in my previous post  about the intro screen that include two buttons languages. I have read the link krpano, and they resolved with an intro screen. My question is: can I add an intro screen with Panotour Pro, because I don't have KrPano . Thanks again.
