I have purchased Autopano Giga 2.0 + KrPano Unlimited Domain License,
But when I go to the http://www.kolor.com/magento-support/update page, although it says "This is the updates avalaible for you :" when I click on Commander I get a message that "Le bon de réduction "PROMOAPKR" n'est pas valide. You have no items in your shopping cart"
Am I doing something wrong? I would appreciate any help in getting the license. Thanks.

Does it show/list that you currently have licences for Autopano Giga and krpano (on the left side of the page)?
Does it offer you Panotour Pro as an available update (on the right side of the page)?

On the left it shows under your actual software: Krpano & Autopano Giga 2
On the right it shows: This is the updates avalaible for you : For free updates, your licence will be sent in a delay of 24-48 hours.

In a way it doesn't really matter because Panotour Pro has a built-in krpano licence, but can you describe how you get krpano to display this message?
