I start this thread because I found on the net a link giving detailed infos for the Samyang 8mm fisheye CS lens and in special it shows an image with the exact location of the NPP for different pano settings:
The webpage has the following notification, but I suppose it is ok to provide the link.

Hi, I'm trying to find OSP for Samyang and D300 on NN5. Through other user's I started at LRS at 60 and URS at 97. However, I'm still testing for OSP / NPP. Here is an image of my tripod. I'd like for you guys to take look and tell me, if any adjustments are necessary. Exposure of these shots was not the best, but it should be sufficient to see. It's 6 around for purpose of evaluation. Otherwise, I shoot 4 around. Thank you!
Hi, It seems to me that I found NPP, but center of my lens is
not exactly centered
on NN5 "bulls eye", when I look down through the lens. It is about 2 mm to the left. Is this possible? Test pictures seem to be fine. I used this method to find NPP. Tomorrow I'll try Alain's method with a grid.
