Setup of theme folder !

Hey,

Theme folder for home-made ones should be configurable in setup of PanoTour wink
Also main theme xml file should include a tag to indicate with which version(s) of PanoTour it's compatible, so for example a theme developed for current 1.5 version of Panotour is not used when PanoTour 2 will be released wink
